I picked up the season pass this year it ended up being a good value for us. Sugarloaf definitely isn’t cheap, but once we got up there for a few weekends, it started to feel like the pass was paying for itself quickly.
The whole process was easy too, which I appreciated. The website was simple enough to use, even if I had to poke around a little to find all the pass details. Overall, no real complaints and I’d say it was worth it. 4 stars.

Everyone we talked to were really nice and got us helped out fast. Felt like they actually cared, which was great.

We had a good family day out and the kids really enjoyed themselves, which is the main thing, right? The only downside was that some of the lines got long after a while, but that’s kind of expected at places like this

Had a fun time overall and thought it was decent value. The tickets and activities felt worth the money, though the food was definitely on the pricey side. I’d go again, but next time I’m probably packing some snacks because yeah...

Had a really good time at Sugarloaf. Easygoing in the morning, but after lunch the lines started getting longer, especially on Saturday. Still moved along alright though. Would definitely go back, just try to get out earlier next time.

Most days the lines moved along fast, so it really wasn’t bad at all. They kept it going smoothly, which made the whole day way easier

We stopped in after skiing and had a good time. The bars had that nice apres-ski buzz without turning into total chaos, which was perfect since my legs were basically done for the day. Food was solid too — nothing fancy, but hit the spot, especially with a cold drink and wet gloves shoved in my jacket pocket. Only downside was that it filled up really fast, so by the time we finished eating it was getting a bit packed.

We skied Sugarloaf last weekend, and I felt good about the safety setup. Ski patrol was easy to spot, and the trails were marked well. There was one icy patch that probably should’ve had a warning sign—or actually, at least something more noticeable—but overall, I felt safe out there.

Had a really solid weekend at Sugarloaf. The lifts were running smoothly the whole time, and we hardly spent any time standing around in line. Even when the crowds picked up, everything still moved along well. I remember noticing one guy in a full banana-yellow snowsuit riding the lift ahead of us, which for some reason stuck in my head. Overall it was just nice not having delays hanging over the day. I’d definitely go back.

Sugarloaf had a good mix of trails, which I really liked. There were plenty of easier cruisers, but also some steeper runs that made the day more interesting. We did not feel like we were stuck skiing the same type of trail over and over. My only complaint is that a few spots could have been marked a little better...

I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much from the base lodge, but it made the day at Sugarloaf a lot easier. It was warm, clean, and simple to get around without feeling totally chaotic. There were enough places to sit, and grabbing food didn’t take forever. Even the bathrooms were better than I braced myself for. Kind of annoying to say, but it really did make the whole ski day less stressful.

I bought my lift tickets through sugarloaf.com, i thought the prices were reasonable as long as you plan a little. It was easy to spot the cheaper days, which helped me feel like I was making a decent choice instead of just guessing.

In my opinion, it wasn’t the cheapest ski day I’ve ever had, but for Sugarloaf, it felt worth it. I also appreciated that checkout was straightforward and didn’t hit me with any weird surprise fees at the end.

Overall, I thought the food prices were fair and reasonable. The only thing that stood out was that the drinks felt a little overpriced for what they were. Still, the place had a good vibe and I’d probably come back again.

I had a good time overall, but the terrain was definitely tougher than I was expecting it to be. A lot of the runs felt steep for where my skill level is at, if that makes sense. When I went, there also weren’t many easy runs open, so I was kind of stuck trying stuff that made me a little uncomfortable. Still a fun place, just maybe not the best day for me

I had to reach out to Sugarloaf customer service because my order details weren’t showing up correctly after checkout, which was a little frustrating at first.

They didn’t reply immediately, but they got back to me the next day and explained what had happened. The person I dealt with was friendly and respectful, and I appreciated that they didn’t make me feel like I was being difficult for asking.

I’m giving 4 stars because I do think the tracking updates could be clearer, but overall it was a good experience. To me, a company doing the right thing when something goes a bit wrong matters a lot, and they handled it fairly...

After skiing all day, I was just hoping the room would be decent, but it ended up being really comfy. I slept great and felt so much better the next morning. I’d definitely stay here again, would hate to miss out on a good night’s sleep like that after a long day on the slopes.

Booked through Sugarloaf for a weekend trip, and overall the lodge was okay. Check-in was easy and the beds were decent, so no major complaints there. I did feel a little pressured to just settle in and not say anything because we were only there for the weekend, but the room didn’t feel as clean as I’d hoped. There was dust in the corners, and the bathroom looked like it needed a bit more attention. It wasn’t awful, just average. For the price, I expected a little better, but we still had a good trip

I checked Sugarloaf before we went, and at first I felt good because the parking info seemed clear enough. But once we got there, I got a little frustrated because the actual lot situation was still kind of confusing. We did eventually find a spot, so I was relieved, but it wasn’t very close, which was a bit annoying. it wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t say it was great either.
